Challenge
Delivery of the first major event at the newly built Erfurt Arena.
Solution
Planning in close coordination with the city and authorities, including a residents-protection concept for local parking areas.
Implementation
More than 200 staff deployed on both days. Motorised patrols for the residents-protection concept. Coordinated visitor flows in and out of the arena.
